The Sun Inn & The Red Lion
Escape to one of our picture perfect Country Inns to enjoy a classic Christmas party with a roaring fire. Available for parties of 10 or more, start the party with some fizz before indulging in our Christmas party menu for either lunch or supper. We can also offer festive coffee mornings with hot beverages and mince pies, so be sure to think of us for your wintery doggie walks!
The Castle at Edgehill
With its iconic views and impressive architecture, the Castle at Edgehill is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic, rustic Christmas. The Castle has a couple of different Christmas menus to offer, be sure to get in touch now as this wonderful venue fills up quickly!

With the festive season just around the corner, this is the perfect opportunity to pick up a few Christmas presents and start getting into the holiday mood.

CHRISTMAS QUIZ AT THE RED LION, HELLIDON

Our Quiz proved to be so popular, that we have decided to organise a Christmas Quiz on Sunday 22nd December!
Join us from 6:30pm on Sunday 22nd December for our first Christmas Quiz! 🎄
For £10 per head, we will provide a hot meal and plenty of merriment throughout the evening.
Maximum of 4 people per team, tickets must be bought in advance.
We will be starting at 7:15pm sharp, taking a break in the middle for some food to be wrapped up about 10pm.

ABOUT US
Founded by Mark Higgs in 2019, The Free Spirit Pub Co is about approaching hospitality from a different perspective by offering both guests and employees the opportunity to partake in a journey of progression and expansion.
For us, hospitality isn’t necessarily about providing a service; it’s about creating and delivering an experience. Prior to setting up Free Spirit, Mark had been working in the hospitality sector for over 10 years and having worked in every area – from pot washing to management – it was always his ambition to set up his own family of pubs.
In 2014, Mark took on The Castle at Edgehill, followed by The Sun Inn at Hook Norton in 2017. It was with the addition of a Third site in 2019, The Red Lion at Hellidon, that The Free Spirit Pub Co was born.
